Check in time is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Outside of these times is solely by prior arrangements and, unfortunately, is not always possible.
No later than 11 a.m.
This can lead to some confusion and is important that everyone understands
it.
A double bedroom have 1 double bed in it, while a twin bedroom has 2 single
beds.
During busy periods it may be well into the afternoon before your bedroom(s)
is
ready. For this reason if you really need an early morning check in, it
is best to reserve the room for the previous night.
Inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, all
bookings will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 20% of
the value of the booking. The following financial penalties will
apply:
Cancellations with more than 1 weeks notice -20% of the total value
of the booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival -100% of first night
Please note that in all cases the minimum amount charged will be
20% of the total value of the booking.
